Review: Hunger Fire by Jerker Eriksson and Håkan Shoulder obligate Sundquist
Crow girl took me by storm and Hunger The fire would not be worse. I toklängtar already after the third and final part, and fortunately I do not have to wait very long when the Pythia instructions in May 2012.
Jerker Eriksson and Håkan Shoulder obligate Sundquist has a very own style and it is so welcome in new blood and new thinking within a genre, which I certainly love but which many writers seem to have buried the wheels are too deep in the mud. This author pair writes amazing books and their way of life is so interesting that only it deserves your very own post, which is coming soon.
Hunt for child killer continues in Hungerford fire but Jeanette Kihlberg must put that aside when some strange murders occur whose approach suggests revenge. Meanwhile, Kihlberg to try to locate Veronica Bergman ...
It may not sound so strange but oh what you cheated you!
The tone and style is raw and murders climb well above the limit of the sadistic. Equally horrible is the background, and rolled up to the reader that makes you want to vomit or throw something hard into the wall.
The reader knows at all times more than what the police do, but there is absolutely nothing that disturbs but it is exactly as it should be. However, I can not help but marvel that Kihlberg seems to have put on blinders to avoid seeing what is right in front of her eyes. On the other hand, maybe it's Eriksson & Shoulder obligate Sundquist that draws the reader by the nose. Hmm, worth thinking about!
Cliffhangers are more or less every page so it's only right that you turn off your phone, TV and computer, locking up ev. pets and children and send her husband to a good neighbor, because you certainly will not be able to tear you from the book once you have started reading it. I promise!
But enough talking, this is a book that should be experienced and not read about.
